CAWI programmer

This is a key position within our team’s working area; the post-holder would be one of the primary persons responsible for building and runing web server applications for various projects.

The main task in this position is programming of CAWI-/web surveys. Our CAWI surveying uses a Windows-based survey software that connects with the website via CGI; the CAWI programmer will be responsible for generating the surveys using existing programs and set-up the website for each survey.

The CAWI programmer must have good understanding of all web server aspects to ensure that the applications run smoothly. In detail, we are looking for a candidate with the following skills:

• SPSS user
• IT skills (HTML, SQL, PHP, etc.)
• Experience in web-server set-up and maintenance
• Written and spoken fluency in English is required
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work alone and with a remote team
• Ability to manage, co-ordinate and meet multiple project deadlines working with multiple project managers and clients
